ISMS QUALITY POLICY

The Information Security Management System of MT DISPLAYS LLC, which is carried out to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and accessibility of information assets, is summarised as ‘to ensure the participation and awareness of employees at the highest level on the basis of risk analysis, to ensure compliance with the needs and expectations of the relevant parties and legal and regulatory requirements, to carry out and continuously improve and to provide the necessary resources for this’.

In order to protect the information produced and processed in our institution within the highest level of security understanding, in line with the objectives set by adhering to the mission and vision of the institution, in order to manage the information in printed and electronic media in a way that meets the legal and regulatory requirements and the requirements of the relevant parties;

To fulfil the requirements of Information Security Standards,
To identify risks to information assets and manage these risks systematically,
To manage information assets and information processing facilities, to identify, evaluate and process the needs and risks for information security, to develop and implement controls for these risks,
To fulfil the information security needs and expectations of internal and external stakeholders by meeting the obligations arising from the National, International and Sectoral regulations, legal and regulatory requirements and contracts that we are bound to while continuing our activities,
To continuously improve the Information Security Management System by periodically reviewing it,
To announce this policy to all our employees, to provide the necessary resources and training for the implementation of the policy, to keep the policy open to the relevant parties,
To carry out trainings to raise awareness of Information Security and evaluate their effectiveness,
To have the competence and readiness to quickly respond to information security breach incidents that may occur and to minimise the impact of the incident, To ensure that all Information Security violations or suspected violations are reported to the Information Security Management Board and examined
